Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using CADAccessHub, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CADAccessHub website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Services

CADAccessHub provides professional support and guidance for Autodesk software activation, setup, and troubleshooting ("Services"). We offer 1-year and 3-year access plans that include step-by-step assistance, activation support, and troubleshooting. Our Services are limited to providing guidance and support; we do not sell or distribute software licenses. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary software licenses directly from Autodesk or authorized resellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You also agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the order process and to update it as necessary.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by CADAccessHub. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers are limited-time and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Payment: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to our support services within the stated timeframe (typically 15-30 minutes). Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our services. If you are not satisfied with the support you receive, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@cadaccesshub.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If we cannot resolve your issue after providing support, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be given after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of the refund policy.

6. Support Services

Our support includes guidance via email, WhatsApp, and other channels as described on our website. We commit to providing responsive support during normal business hours, with after-hours availability. However, we do not guarantee 24/7 instant responses. Support is provided in English.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issues, but we cannot guarantee that all technical problems can be solved. In the event that we cannot resolve your issue, you are entitled to a refund as outlined in Section 5.

7. User Obligations

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restricted areas.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Share your account or access details with others.
  • Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the CADAccessHub website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of CADAccessHub or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

Autodesk and its product names are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. CADAccessHub is an independent support provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CADAccessHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CADAccessHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Moroccan Arbitration Center, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in Casablanca, Morocco, and shall be conducted in English.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CADAccessHub regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
