1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CADAccessHub website (cadaccesshub.com) and purchasing Autodesk activations through our linked G2G marketplace offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
2. Our Service
CADAccessHub acts as a marketing and information platform that directs you to our verified G2G marketplace seller profile (valiente10) where you can purchase genuine Autodesk product activations. We do not directly process payments or hold funds — all transactions are completed securely on the G2G platform.
We specialize in delivering 1‑year and 3‑year activation keys for Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Maya, Civil 3D, Inventor, Fusion 360, AEC Collection, and Master Collection). Delivery is made via email to the address you provide during G2G checkout.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. When purchasing through G2G, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your G2G account and for all activities that occur under it.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process, particularly your email address, to ensure successful delivery of your activation key.
4. Product Delivery
- Digital Delivery: All products are digital goods. Upon successful payment on G2G, an activation key is sent to the email address associated with your G2G account.
- Delivery Time: We strive to deliver activations within 15 minutes. However, in rare cases, delays of up to a few hours may occur due to verification or technical issues. We will communicate any significant delays via WhatsApp or email.
- Email Issues: It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your inbox (and spam folder). If you do not receive your activation within a reasonable time, contact us immediately.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on our website and on the G2G offer page in USD. We offer flat pricing of $1.10 for 1 Year and $3.30 for 3 Years per product. All payments are processed by G2G and are subject to their payment terms and security protocols. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy. In summary, we offer refunds only if the activation key fails and we cannot provide a working replacement, or in cases of non‑delivery, wrong product, or duplicate payment. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Because digital activations are instantly delivered and consumed, change‑of‑mind refunds are not accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
All Autodesk software, names, and trademarks are the property of Autodesk, Inc. CADAccessHub is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk. The use of Autodesk names is for descriptive purposes only.
Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CADAccessHub and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the site without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses. However, we make every effort to maintain a secure and reliable platform.
Regarding the Autodesk activations we provide: we guarantee they are genuine and will activate the corresponding Autodesk software. If they fail, we will replace them or issue a refund as per our refund policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CADAccessHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or the purchased activation keys, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific activation.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third‑party websites. Transactions on G2G are governed by G2G's own terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Morocco.
