1. Our Commitment

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You can request a full refund in any of these situations:

  • Activation Failed: If the license key we sent does not activate your Autodesk software despite following our instructions, and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received an activation for a different product than the one you ordered (e.g., you ordered AutoCAD but received Revit).
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
  • Non‑Delivery: If you never received the activation email (including checking your spam folder) and we are unable to resend it successfully.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Granted

  • Change of Mind: Because digital activations are instantly delivered and consumed, we cannot refund simply because you changed your mind after purchase.
  • Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure your computer meets Autodesk's system requirements and that you are able to install the software. Our keys work on both Windows and Mac where the software is available.
  • Misuse or Violation: Refunds will not be issued if the activation key has been used, shared, or registered to an Autodesk account, as it becomes non‑refundable digital property.
  • After 7 Days: Requests received more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible.
